Zenstudio has been a lovely outlet to give myself space to work hard, to honor my limits, and push my endurance! I really enjoy the various teachers and all that they have to offer clients on their fitness journey, no matter the skill level/experience.

I’ve been going to zen for almost 5 years now. I have tried every single spin studio in Little Rock (multiple classes at each), and none even hold a candle to zen. The people are amazingly welcoming and friendly, and it truly feels like a family instead of a business. The studios are amazing and they are always updating to keep everything top of the line! They have taken all covid precautions and truly care about the health and safety of the people that come there. I cannot say enough great things about this studio.

zen studio is such a great environment built on community and growth! an exceptional workout place with a support system and fun classes! the instructors have great classes and are always fun!

Zen has been a wonderful place to be myself! I have never felt judged and I always feel like I’ve gotten the absolute best work out. The instructors know how to motivate and push you beyond what you thought you could do. I’ve loved getting to meet new friends as well! Coming back to my original review to say that it’s now been almost three years since I started at zen and I’m still just as hooked as I was on day 1.

I love Zen and can’t imagine going anywhere else. The classes, instructors and staff are all amazing! I primarily take barre but love their fusion flow classes and sculpt as well. I think many people think it is a spin studio and don't realize the breadth of the classes they offer. They are accomodating, friendly, and fun. I can't say enough about Zen Spin!
